Responsible for the sales of in-vitro diagnosis (IVD) products in the international market;

Strategically plan and implement regional market expansion, while establishing a sustainable business model;

Support superiors in sales management, including developing and maintaining sales channels, as well as achieving company-defines sales targets;

Conduct targeted market research on global markets;

Possess strong analytical skills to identify potential opportunities and challenges;

Other tasks arranged by the leader.

Job requirements:

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or higher in immunology, bioengineering, molecular biology, or other related fields;

Candidates should possess a certain level of market analysis and judgment ability;

Excellent communication skills and proficient business negotiation abilities are essential;

Candidates must exhibit a strong team spirit, dedication to work, and the ability to adapt to travel.

Interest in the biomedical field is preferred.

Technical Support Engineer

Job description:

Collaborate with the sales manager to provide pre-sales technical consultancy services for the company's overseas sales department;

Develop and prepare relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials in accordance with market trends and customer requirements;

Be accountable for promptly addressing and resolving client inquiries or complaints, providing timely feedback to the company, and advocating for product enhancements;

Offer timely online or offline judgment and guidance to customers regarding the troubleshooting, installation, upgrading and maintenance of instruments to ensure their smooth operation;

Conduct follow-up customer management and independently handle the completion of both online and offline customer training tasks.

Job Requirements:

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher in immunology, bioengineering, molecular biology, engineering or other related fields;

Proven experience in engineering and maintenance;

Proficient in both written and spoken English is mandatory;

Fluency in Mandarin as a second language is considered an advantageous asset;

Interest in the biomedical field is preferred.
